Select pre-built Harkster channels to add to your dashboard
This guide shows you how to add pre-built Harkster channels on current macro themes to your Home dashboard.
When you first open Harkster you will be presented with the following view:
To see the list of pre-built Harkster channels, either click the 'Press here to add channels' icon in the middle or the 'Select Channels' button in the left hand nav menu. This opens a list of channels where you can toggle on/off to display on your Home dashboard.
As you toggle a channel, they will appear as a new column in your Home dashboard.Simply toggle a channel off if you then want to hide it from your dashboard.To open a Harkster channel's setting, press the channel settings button in the title bar of the channel.In the channel settings menu, you have the following options:View Feeds: Shows you the feeds of the last 100 posts included in this channel.Left/Right arrows: Move your channel left or right to position it where suits on your dashboard.Delete: Removes the channel from your dashboard. This can be re-added from the 'Select Channels' sidebar menu in future, if desired.To close the channel settings, hit the channel settings button in the title bar again.
To search the channel, hit the search button in the title bar of the channel to open a search box.
